About Me

As someone deeply committed to self-improvement and personal mastery, I have a strong passion for planning and growth. However, I’ve often faced the unfairness of life, leaving me feeling overwhelmed and down. That’s when I discovered meditation, mindfulness, and the power of living in the present moment. I realised how transformative it could be to organise my thoughts.

After learning about cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), I began to integrate these insights into my planning approach, creating the Plan-Be methodology. In my professional life, I’m dedicated to helping young engineers reach their full potential. With a world-class Continuous Improvement Instructor certification and Level 5 Leadership and Management accreditation, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my role as a coach and productivity facilitator.
